Municipalities work daily with themes that really impact their residents. Leadership, social safety, inclusivity and integrity play a major role in this. But if that is only described in policy documents, you do not automatically get the whole organisation on board.
The challenge was therefore: how do you translate these policy documents into learning experiences that reach people and bring about behavioural change?
The municipality of Midden-Groningen was looking for a partner who thinks along, understands municipalities, and simply gets things done. Based on that, they selected Maxcademy.

The Support Route
For another project with the Municipality of Midden-Groningen, we were asked to create a short animation video about the support route. In this, we explain through an animation which steps can be taken when growing up does not come naturally.
