The challenge was: How do you translate these policy documents into learning experiences that reach people and bring about behavioural change?
The municipality of Midden-Groningen was looking for a partner who thinks along, understands municipalities, and simply gets things done. Based on that, they selected Maxcademy.
We assisted them with:
- Rewriting policy documents in understandable language, at A2 level.
- Structuring the content so that knowledge can be easily transferred.
- Developing practical cases and examples.
- Creating animations that explain the theory and examples.
- Uploading all content into the Learning Management System, so that all employees can access it.
