Bring strategy to life with animation
Mozaïek Wonen recently introduced a new I&A (Information & Automation) vision and strategy. They developed this vision and strategy with the help of our partner, Chaptr2, a consultancy for housing associations focusing on the intersection of IT and business operations.
The I&A vision and strategy is important for the organisation, for employees and for residents. The challenge: how do you ensure that every employee understands what is in the vision and strategy, without having everyone read the entire vision and strategy?
In collaboration with Chaptr2, we created animations that explain the key points from the vision and strategy in clear language.

A clear story
The animation presents the main principles of the I&A vision and strategy in a pace and format that is pleasant to follow. The style is fully aligned with the visual identity of Mozaïek Wonen, using their own images and recognisable elements.
Chaptr2, together with the Information and Automation department of Mozaïek Wonen, monitored the content and assessed whether the story aligned well with the I&A strategy. Our animators translated this into a clear and engaging animation. We had the animations voiced by an experienced voice actress who is pleasant to listen to.
