Mavim is a Dutch software company with offices in the US and the Netherlands. With its own team of developers, Mavim creates software that allows users to build a Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO).
This enables organisations to analyse processes, identify bottlenecks, document responsibilities, and optimise their organisation.
Efficiently training clients
Training clients took a lot of time for Mavim. Mavim's software deals with complex topics and requires a good explanation. To organise this better, Mavim reviewed its own processes and looked at where manual steps were still needed.
Subsequently, components such as finance, marketing, software delivery, and support were automated. In addition, Mavim has established an extensive partner network so that clients can receive support worldwide.
E-learning solution
A flexible and user-friendly e-learning platform has been developed, with over 200 hours of video material that works well on any device.
Each module contains an interactive software demo that guides the user step by step through a simulated version of the software. There are also short quizzes to immediately test the knowledge gained.
Maxcademy manages the maintenance of this extensive learning environment: from writing scripts to keeping videos up-to-date and uploading them to the LMS.
