At Maxcademy B.V., we do everything we can to deliver a product that perfectly meets your needs. During our collaboration, we maintain close contact so that we can make timely adjustments and ensure that the final result meets the highest quality standards.
If something is not as expected, we are happy to look for a suitable solution together.
Right of withdrawal
Maxcademy B.V. only supplies digital products and services to businesses. Therefore, there is no statutory right of withdrawal, and returns or refunds are excluded as soon as:
- access to a digital product has been granted (e.g. an e-learning module, account or download);
- digital files, animations or content have been delivered or made available;
- the execution of a digital service has begun.
Inspection and reporting of defects
The other party must inspect a digital product within 7 days of delivery or access. Any technical defects or errors must be reported in writing within this period.
In the case of valid complaints, Maxcademy B.V. will:
- repair or redeliver the digital product, or
- offer a reasonable solution when repair is not possible.
Exclusion of refund
Refund or reimbursement is excluded when:
a. the digital product functions correctly;
b. the other party has already had (partial) access to the content;
c. the complaint is the result of technical problems within the other party's own systems;
d. it concerns custom work (such as animations, custom-designed modules, scripts or designs).
Access and technical conditions
The other party is responsible for a suitable technical environment (hardware, software, internet connection). Insufficient equipment or incorrect configuration does not constitute grounds for a return or refund claim.
