What is the content creation process?

We go through this process for content such as videos, interactive software demos or mini games.

A good start is half the work

A creative concept describes in words and images what the student will learn, experience and feel during the course. You can share this concept with your colleagues and even some of your customers before the course is actually built.

Once the creative concept has been approved, we will enter the three production phases: pre-production, production and post-production.

Pre-production

We will work with you on the scripts. We empathize with the student while writing and explain which parts of a script should be covered to make a good learning video. Writing the scripts is a time consuming process but it is the most important part of the training content. Before we have the scripts recorded, we always have them read by a specialized proofreader to check it technically.

Production

Based on the creative concept, we create a mood board and a briefing for the animation artist and actor or actress in which, among other things, the language use and tone are discussed. While the videos are being recorded, we will work with you on additional assets such as slideshows or screen recordings.

Post production

All materials are ultimately edited, uploaded and integrated by our team into the Learning Management System for your organization.
